What this site is

Wonderlive Travel publishes travel information, templates and planners for parents traveling with their children. It offers free guides, an email list and paid downloads.

Not legal advice

Our guides and templates explain what official sources say and give you a starting point. They are not legal advice and we are not lawyers. Entry and exit rules are set by governments and airlines, change without notice and are applied by individual officers at the border, so no letter or kit can guarantee boarding or entry. Before you travel, check the official source we link for your destination and your airline's own rules. If you have a custody order, a court case or any doubt about your situation, talk to a family law attorney.

Digital products

Downloads are licensed for your own family's use, not for resale, redistribution or use with clients. Because they are digital files, refunds are given within 14 days of purchase if a file does not open or is not as described; email us and we will refund through Payhip. When a rule covered by a product changes, we update the file and buyers can download the new version at no charge.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, scan or attempt to break the site, scrape it or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for abuse.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nika S Home Goods LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products, including missed flights, denied boarding or refused entry, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts for Cobb County, Georgia, unless a consumer protection law in your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
